About The Boston Method®

THE BOSTON METHOD®

The Boston Method® has significantly advanced the field of men’s sexual health medicine, providing effective treatments for men with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.  The method was developed by Boston Medical Group physicians utilizing over 20 years of experience and specialized skills.  The hallmark of The Boston Method® is the personalized assessment and treatment program each patient can expect to receive, rather than common, one-size-fits all approaches that are often ineffective. To ensure optimal treatment outcomes and a comfortable patient experience, The Boston Method® focuses on three important factors: a confidential experience in the medical center, the complete evaluation of each patient’s medical history and diagnostic testing, and a specific diagnosis of the most appropriate treatment options for each patient.

BOSTON METHOD® PHYSICIANS

Physicians trained in The Boston Method® have collectively treated thousands of men worldwide and have a deep understanding of the physical and psychological effects of sexual dysfunction. In order to create the most comfortable environment, the physicians provide all patients with individual waiting rooms to preserve their privacy. Visits are by appointment only, limiting the amount of patients at the center at any given time. Also, to provide the highest quality of care and convenience possible, all testing and treatment is completed in the office without the need for any off-site travel.

TESTING AND MEDICAL HISTORY EVALUATION

Sexual dysfunction can be the result of issues resulting from the mind, the body, or both. To find the exact nature of each problem and determine the proper course of treatment, The Boston Method® utilizes several thorough diagnostic tests. Patients will first be evaluated for past and present medical conditions. An assessment is then conducted that concentrates on the hormonal, neurological and vascular aspects of penile functioning. Then, two diagnostic tests are performed by the attending physician, Biothesiometry and a Doppler Ultrasound.
